" 5 ways sleep deprivation may affect our health " #1 Brain Development and Memory      Sleep deprivation has drastic effects on a teenager's developing brain as his/her brain remains in 40% slow wave sleep, where the brain carries out the functions of development and healings while that of an adult remains 4%. Non- brainy people tend to get bored easily and so utilize their time with physical activities , they tend to understand the beauty in small and slow things.       It is our choice what we choose to be; a tiger that wakes up from a relaxed sleep, endeavored by laziness, or the other life forms who wait for the the tiger to stir and see some real action. Laziness is nothing more than a habit of resting before you get exhausted. A person sleeping before a competition would not be considered lazy, but someone conserving energy for action. Resting isn't regarded as laziness; even machines and solitary animals require rest before functioning properly.      Bill Gate's once said, " I would rather choose lazier people for the tougher challenges beca
