   Some people say that teachers play no role or hold no responsibility for a pupil's success at school while others like me say the total opposite. Are our teachers responsible to keep us attentive and interactive at our phrontistery?

   

   Someone who inspires you to do or be anything. Someone who unravels hidden treasures and possibilities right before our eyes. Someone who puts the stars within our reach and touches our lives forever. Someone who makes the impossible to I am possible.

   Despite personal efforts, teachers play a vital and a significant role to maintain pupils' focus and attention towards the lesson. A teacher plans and filters lessons for students to grasp different concepts with ease as well as grab students' attention. If a teacher were to merely plough on with the lessons without expressions, the lessons would become wearisome and boring, resulting in zero% student and study interaction.  

 

   Teachers are involvers and diagnosticians who recognize the learner's challenges and difficulties and helps them involve and interact in academic activities. Rewarding students for their hard work invigorates them to pursue further in their academic activities and studies. 

   Henceforth, it's a mere solid fact that teachers are the pivot of the education system, they inform and plan in a strategic way such that it may be easy for the learners to understand, they manage and monitor the activities as well as the student interactions, and above all a teacher guides and acts as a resource for help and advice to others.
